About Me

My name is Adrian and I've been drawing on and off since I was little, and writing a bit too, although in my younger days it was more about the art. Since getting a 'real job' and a steady lifestyle a few years back, I've had a chance to do more of these things that I love, and plan on doing so for a long time yet. This website initially started as a showcase for my illustrations, but has since expanded into a bit of a mix of writing and illustrating. Feel free to wander around!

In terms of 'credentials'--for what they're worth in the creative industries--I have a diploma in animation from MANY moons back, I've won a couple of SCBWI's (Society of Children Book Writer and Illustrator) online art contests, illustrated for a couple of online children's magazines, and had a painting of mine listed under the 'tutorial' section of one of the world's largest art sites.

For writing, I've had a poem published in Bumbershoots, an online humorous poetry issue, and a children's story in an ezine. More recently, I've started trying my hand at adult fantasy as well, which is one of my long time reading loves. We'll see where that takes me.
